HaiPay provides an India UPI collection route. Start by discussing your business and payment flow, then integrate order creation, the customer payment entry, and result confirmation through the India API.
UPI is the payment system; these names can refer to apps customers use with UPI. They should not be treated as separate HaiPay collection routes. Confirm the app handoff behavior available in your integration.
The documented INR collection range is ₹1–25,000 per transaction. This API accepts integer INR amounts. Confirm the enabled route and applicable limits during setup; a route’s limits should not be applied to a different currency or product.
If payment notifications are configured, validate the notification and query the order using the India API. If no notification arrives, query the existing order to check its result. A final success is data.status = 2; a final failure is data.status = 3. Other statuses need follow-up. Do not fulfil an order based only on a browser redirect.

The INR route describes the customer’s payment currency. Establish your receiving account, settlement currency, timing, and any conversion in your commercial terms. Do not infer bank receipt from a payment method or API route code.
Before launch, confirm whether your route supports full and partial refunds, how requests are made, the handling times, and how transaction fees are treated. Collection API access alone does not confirm a refund capability.
Share your payment flow, typical transaction amounts, and expected volume. Ask for the collection fee, any currency conversion, settlement terms, and applicable charges in the quote. Pricing is confirmed for your setup.
